Liga Communista meeting in Brazil . We wish you well in your deliberations and
we are sure that a principled Trotskyist Organisation will be constructed in
Brazil as part of the Liaison Committee of the Fourth International .There are great class battles taking place in Brazil and I am sure your organisation will respond to the big developments taking place internationally and all over the world. The response of the LCFI is crucial in this period. Gerry Downing's partner Maggie Smith died and passed away on Saturday 29th June after a long fight against Throat Cancer. I hope you will appreciate that there will be some delay before we respond to your document which we will study seriously and reflect own it's contents.
